At Leatherman, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your leather apparel or accessories aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned leather goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
